We are sad to announce that Jacques Levy, a member of the Company's Board of Directors, passed away on January 1, 2012. On behalf of the lululemon Board of directors and all of us at lululemon, we offer the Levy family and friends of Jacques Levy our deepest condolences. Even though his time with lululemon was short, we all appreciated his wisdom, experience, warmth and ability to contribute in an exceptional way. Mr. Levy served as a director of lululemon from July 28, 2011 to the present and as a member of the Audit Committee.
